5_stars_allthebestfights Review: 2011-02-26, exciting fight with three knockdowns between Brandon Rios and Miguel Acosta; at the moment it is the most beautiful boxing fight of 2011 and could be a candidate for Fight of the Year 2011. Miguel Acosta (28-3-2) was the holder of the WBA World lightweight title, won in 2009 against Urbano Antillon and then defended last year versus Paulus Moses (both fighting won by ko); while the undefeated Brandon Rios (26-0-1) seven years younger than Acosta, it was the first chance to became world champion. Acosta vs Rios is valid for the WBA World lightweight title. Watch the video!

  2. What a fight! Rios really controlled the ring. He was ALWAYS at the center of it, despite the game effort from Acosta! What a fight! Not much technique, but, a whole lotta heart!
