Very disappointing decision,I watched the fight live and was gobsmacked to hear Rios announced as the the winner.You have to ask yourself were the judges watching the same fight as we were.

esta desmostrado que el boxeo Cubano hay que respetarlo, este muchacho desconocido x todos o x casi todos jugo con ese bulto de Brandon rios , cosa que no me sorprendio porque con lo que habia visto de abril sabia que tecnicamente estaba muy x encima de ” bla bla ” rios solo me preocupaba su fondo fisico y mejor no pudo estar .Saludos para el no te desanimes y felicidades a tu equipo de trabajo ! Brando Rio debe por respeto al deporte que desarrolla entregar la corana al Richard Abril perdio el 80 % de todos los asalto fue incapaz de descifrar el boxeo de Abril que sin tener esa gran potencia en el golpe lo demolio asalto por asalto,es una lastima que hombres de la calidad de Mario Kindelan no hayan tenido la oportunidad de firmar profesional,le aseguro que si Richard Abril tuviera la fuerza y potencia de Mario Kindelan en golpeo, hoy Brandon Rio estaria hospitalizado porque recibio tanto castigo de Abril en cada asalto que les jueces deberian revisar en video y reconsiderar su decison ,Brando Rio perdio solo gano para sus familia y algunos fanaticos que en el decusar de cada asalto desanimado por Rio dejaron de gritar perdiendo la emocion……

I am a fan of Rios and he is a good damn fighter. With this fight I just watched he lost and I can’t think but wonder why he bloody won. 2 refs are sleeping or been paid?

Ricardo Abril clearly won the fight, he beat him to the punch 100% from start to finish. Is a shame that hard working discipline athletes have to face such incompetent judges decisions. Abril show his superior boxing skills, Rios is good, but he got no integrity to recognize that he got beat to the punch.
Agreed. Why is it 99% of fighters think they always won a fight they were clearly beaten in? Such a lack of class sadly.

Esa pelea fue un descaro de los jueses Abril le dio a ese tipo por todos lado una palisa Brandon dale grasias a Dios que ese no era Gamboa por que con ese estilo que enverdad no tines tiras golpes que no son de un boxiador Gamboa te mata en el primer asalo, Abril es y te molio imaginate que te coja un ciclon (Gamboa) … En conclucion le quitaron la pelea a Abril aaaaa y porfabor comicion de boxeo quiten a esos jueses o son ciego o estan comprado ….
