The 2012 Lumpinee welterweight champion Aikpracha Meenayothin entered this fight with a kickboxing/muay thai record of 89-17-1 (64 knockouts) and he is ranked as the No.6 super welterweight in the world but he comes off two consecutive defeats: against Dzianis Zuev at the end of 2014 and against Steve Moxon at the beginning of 2015.
His opponent, Marat Grigorian, has an official record of 36-5-1 (19 knockouts) and he entered as the No.13 in the same weight class, he fought just twice in 2014 losing to Glory Lw champion Robin van Roosmalen (=van Roosmalen vs Grigorian) and beating Abraham Roqueni.   1. Marat excellent as usual despite the fact of being fighting with a quick, experienced and good left handed kick boxer

    • Grigorian is one of the best fighters in the 70kg, he should fight again for the glory title or in a 4 man tournament since he lost just via split decision against Roosmalen
