What the hell was that mate?, Navarettes glove hit the canvas at 00:50, he was up at 00:42 ready to go, after the long eight count 00:36 and the mouth guard went in 00:29 it took another 8 seconds of delaying 00:21 for you to restart the fight. 29 seconds later. No respectable, professional legit ref would give 29 seconds of recovery, thats almost 3 ten counts. Well done mate, enjoy the spoils. And whats with constantly looking at the neutral corner like as if smith was going to come charging out in the middle of your long count, 14 seconds, classic long count delaying tactics, iv watched boxing for over 35 yrs, iv seen this exact delaying tactic many times. Why do all long count refs look at the neautral corner over and over?, its so obvious. Legit on point refs never do that. Try not to be so obvious next time. Karma mate.
Got to agree with the comments regarding the ref. He was also slow to stop hitting after a break. If you spit a mouthguard to get time you should have to finish the round without one!
