The two time K-1 World MAX champion Buakaw Banchamek, formerly known as Buakaw Por Pramuk, entered this fight with a professional kickboxing record of 266-43-12 (69 knockouts) and he is ranked as the No.8 super welterweight in the world while his opponent, Kong Lingfeng has a record of 13-3-0 (3 knockouts). Buakaw lost to Khayal Dzhaniev last year (4-stars-fight Buakaw vs Dzhaniev), but then he came back to win beating Gu Hui (=Buakaw vs Hui) and Liu Hainan in 2016 (=Buakaw vs Hainan).   1. Very fast pace fight with two quite active opponents. Buakaw did the best kick work but the Chinese put a good fight in front of this legend connecting good left hand punches. I’m surprised that Buakaw is still in shape for combating as he does after so many years of participating of this very tough sport. The decision was correct.
