3 Star RatingReview by AllTheBestFights.com: 2017-11-11, pretty good fight between Joe Lauzon and Clay Guida: it gets three stars.

Joe Lauzon entered this fight with a pro mma record of 27-13-0 (93% finishing rate) and he is ranked as the No.29 lightweight in the world but he lost two out of his last three fights: against Jim Miller in 2016 (=Lauzon vs Miller 2) and with Steven Ray in 2017 (=Lauzon vs Ray); between these two bouts he had beat Marcin Held (=Held vs Lauzon).
His opponent, the former Strikeforce Lw champion Clay Guida, has a record of 33-17-0 (58% finishing rate) and he entered as the No.58 in the same weight class. He lost two consecutive fights between 2015 and 2016, against Thiago Tavares and Brian Ortega (=Ortega vs Guida) but then he has defeated Erik Koch. Guida vs Lauzon is on the undercard of Dustin Poirier vs Anthony Pettis – UFC Fight Night 120. Watch the video and rate this fight!

it’s good to see Guida still doing amazing … but then again we have to see how he fares against the very best the division has to offer …Lauzon is a warrior, one of the most exciting fighters ever .. but he isn’t in the top of his prime anymore
