2013 best K-1 MUAY THAI fight – Bovy vs Chainoi Worawut – full fight Video

muay-thai-foty-bovy-vs-chainoi-video

Fight rated 4 stars by AllTheBestFights.comReview: 2013-08-04, fantastic muay thai fight with three knockdowns and some amazing wild exchanges, but both fighters showed also some beautiful and effective clinch techniques. Unfortunately the final of the fight between Bovy and Chainoi was not as exciting as the whole bout if not it could be a real candidate for Muay Thai Fight of the Year 2013 and could get five stars, but Bovy vs Chainoi still remains a must-see!
Bovy Sor Kor Suhaigym (red trunks) entered this fight with a professional muay thai record of 65-14-2 while Chainoi Worawut (blue trunks) has an official record of 50-10-0. Bovy vs Chainoi was selected as one of the top five bouts in contention for Channel 7 Stadium fight of the year 2013 (award won by Satanfaa Sagami vs Chokpreecha Gor Sagunchuea, fight we rated three stars). 2014 K-1 MUAY THAI fight – Toby Smith vs Kem Sitsongpeenong – full fight Video

kem-vs-smith-max-muay-thai-6-poster

Fight rated 2 stars by AllTheBestFights.comReview: 2014-02-16, technical fight with some nice elbows but the fight was not so spectacular: Kem Sitsongpeenong vs Toby Smith gets two stars. Kem Sitsongpeenong entered this fight with a professional kickboxing record of 120-23-4 (41 knockouts) and he is ranked as the No.3 welterweight in the world, he fought six times in 2013 winning five bouts, the only fight he didn’t win was against Jordan Watson (fight ended in a draw). But 2014 has not started very well for the Thai fighter since he lost his last bout and his WBC Muaythai world super welterweight title against Vitaly Gurkov (not a great fight, we rated it two stars).
His opponent, Toby Smith, has an official record of 33-5-2 (9 knockouts) and he entered as the No.3 super welterweight, he is one of Australia’s most promising muay thai fighters since he is just 20 years old and he managed to win the WPMF junior middleweight world title and in his last fight he defeated Thongchai Sitsongpeenong (Lumpinee Stadium welterweight champion). Kem vs Smith is the main event of “MAX Muay Thai 6: Zhengzhou”. Watch the video and rate this fight!

Fight rated 3 stars by AllTheBestFights.comReview: 2014-02-14, close and exciting fight thanks to a great performance by both boxers: Devis Boschiero vs Romain Jacob gets three stars. Devis Boschiero entered this fight with a professional boxing record of 34-1-1 (16 knockouts) and he is ranked as the No.17 super featherweight in the world, he suffered his only loss to Takahiro Ao in 2011 but it was a controversial split decision (=Ao vs Boschiero), that fight was valid for the WBC super featherweight title but after that bout the Italian boxer has never fought again for a world title shot.
His opponent, the undefeated Romain Jacob, has an official record of 20-0-0 (7 knockouts) and he entered as the No.34 in the same weight class, he was the France super featherweight champion but he has never fought for a world title or outside his homeland. Boschiero vs Jacob is valid for the EBU (European) super featherweight title (Boschiero’s fifth defense); they also faced each other a second time on october 10, 2014 (=Jacob vs Boschiero 2). Fight rated 2 stars by AllTheBestFights.comReview: 2014-02-15, spectacular knockdown (look at the GIF) in the first part of the fight but the rest of the bout doesn’t deserve three stars: Nicholas Musoke vs Viscardi Andrade gets two. gonzalez-vs-kantun-poster-2014-02-15

Fight rated 3 stars by AllTheBestFights.comReview: 2014-02-15, nice and tough toe-to-toe exchanges from the first bell: Roman Gonzalez vs Juan Kantun is very close to get four stars!! machida-vs-mousasi-ufc-ufn-36-poster

Fight rated 2 stars by AllTheBestFights.comReview: 2014-02-15, technical fight with some nice kicks and combinations but the bout was not so exciting: Lyoto Machida vs Gegard Mousasi gets two stars (UFC Fight of the Night). Lyoto Machida entered this fight with a professional mma record of 20-4-0 (50% finishing rate) and he is ranked as the No.3 middleweight in the world, he is a black belt in Shotokan karate (3rd dan) and in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, last year he fought three times beating Dan Henderson (=Machida vs Henderson), losing to Phil Davis (=Machida vs Davis) and defeating Mark Munoz with a spectacular high kick in his middleweight debut (=Machida vs Munoz).
His opponent, the 28-year-old Gegard Mousasi (seven less than Machida), has an official record of 34-3-2 (85% finishing rate) and he entered as the No.10 light heavyweight but in this fight he returns to the lower division, currently the #1 in the middleweight class is Chris Weidman. Mousasi started his fighting career practicing judo (he is a black belt) but then he practiced boxing (winning the amateur Netherlands title) and kickboxing. He suffered his last defeat against Muhammed ‘King Mo’ Lawal in 2010 losing also the Strikeforce light heavyweight title but since then he collected six victories and one draw. Machida vs Mousasi is the main event of UFC Fight Night 36 – Ufn 36. Watch the video and rate this fight!
